1. Given product availability, we ship within 1-2 working days after receipt of your funds.
2. You will be shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the “Purchase Verification” page before you finalize your purchase. Generally, you can expect to received an item within 1-2 weeks of ordering it. Please E-mail Amberland Artisans if you would like to inquire about faster delivery. Our preference for shipping is UPS Ground, which requires a street address. We also charge for insurance from UPS.
3. On credit card orders we ship to the billing address of the card to protect the card owner from misuse of their account. On overseas orders, you must mail us the latest copy of your credit card bill containing the billing address and account number for verification.
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. We will then contact you with a personal email regarding the availability of your item(s), as well as mailing information if you are paying by money order. If special handling and insurance costs apply to your purchase, we will also let you know the amount at that time.
Sales and Return Policy
1. We guarantee that every item purchased from us adheres to our description. If you find that your purchase does not fit the description, email us quickly with the details and we will correct the matter.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of a item, email us and ship it back within seven (7) days of receipt with no changes to the item for a full refund. If the item is custom made to your specifications including changes in size and materials and it matches your specifications, we may charge a 15% restock fee if returned for refund.
Please return all products 100% complete including all original boxes and packing materials included with the original shipment.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Amberland Artisans’s store for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Amberland Artisans to Customer, at Amberland Artisans’s expense.
Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS, Federal Express or Airborne Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
2. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, bank wire transfers and Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All prices are in US dollars. If you are an Illinois resident, the then current Illinois State Sales Tax will be added to your payment. We do not accept personal checks.
3. All pricing is subject to change. Amberland Artisans reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, Amberland Artisans cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer’s orders.
